These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Auto45.ng and the Auto45 mobile apps operated by Auto45 Nigeria. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

Auto45 is a verified automotive exchange with escrow, financing tools, auctions, and partner portals. Listings and services may be provided by Auto45 or by independent sellers/partners. Escrow and certification features are described on the relevant product pages and do not replace your own due diligence where advised.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.

3. Listings, orders & escrow

Prices are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Orders, deposits, and releases follow the escrow or checkout flow shown at the time of purchase. Chargebacks, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our published policies and applicable Nigerian consumer rules.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Auto45 to launder funds, list stolen or undocumented vehicles, scrape the site without permission, interfere with security, or misrepresent vehicle condition or identity.

5. Intellectual property

Auto45 branding, software, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the platform except as allowed by law.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Auto45 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for partner/seller performance beyond escrow obligations we expressly assume. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes & law

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be raised with support; unresolved disputes may be brought in competent Nigerian courts.
