I’m putting this old Bomag BW90S compactor up for sale. It’s a 1972 model, a bit of a classic. It’s a 1300kg walk-behind, so it’s pretty compact and easy to move around.It’s got a double drum, which is great for getting good, solid compaction. I’ve found that it’s always been reliable for compacting soil, gravel, asphalt, and construction materials. It’s got a diesel engine and is in pretty good shape considering it’s age. To be fair, it’s got some wear and tear but nothing major.

It’s got a manual vibratory system wiht low and high vibration settings, which is handy. It has a manual ignition system, and the drums are made of good steel. There’s also a front/rear shift button for acceleration/power take-off that is pretty useful. The machine features a manual vibratory mechanism with chains for the fan belts and double water tanks.

It’s been used for road construction, parking lots, and similar projects. I’ve kept up with the maintenance; however, it’s an older machine that’s perfect for someone looking for a solid reliable compactor without breaking the bank.
