I’m putting my 1972 Caterpillar 12F grader up for sale. It’s a Nigerian-used machine, but it’s in excellent condition. The Caterpillar diesel engine is super strong, and it’s got that 12-foot blade, which is perfect for grading and leveling. I’ve found it’s super reliable, and I’ve always kept up with the maintenance. The hydraulic system is advanced load sensing, so it’s really easy too control. The cab’s got AC and heat,which is a lifesaver,especially in this climate. It’s got all-terrain tires, so it can handle pretty much anything. It’s got about 20,000 pounds, so it’s a solid machine.

It’s been a great grader for me, and I think it would be perfect for someone who needs a tough, reliable machine for road construction, excavation, or land advancement. It’s ready to go, and the transmission and all the pumps are working great. It’s been used for some pretty tough jobs but it’s still in great shape. It’s a bit of a classic.
