I’m putting my 1998 Caterpillar 12G grader up for sale. It’s a bit of a tough one to let go of, but I’ve got other projects coming up and it’s just not getting used as much as it should. This grader’s been a workhorse. It’s got a strong Caterpillar 3306 turbocharged diesel engine – plenty of power. And it’s got a really responsive hydraulic system, which makes it super easy to control the blade. The 12-foot blade is perfect for earthwork and road maintenance. I’ve found that it’s really smooth to operate. It’s in excellent condition, foreign used, but very clean. It’s got low hours,and it’s ready to go.

To be fair, I’ve mostly used it for smaller jobs around the area. It’s got a manual transmission, which is a bit different for some people, but it’s a really solid machine. It’s got a 22,000-pound operating weight, so it’s pretty sturdy. It’s got 14.00-24 tires and a pilot-operated hydraulic system. Top speed is 25 mph.
