I’m putting my 2014 Caterpillar 140H grader up for sale.It’s a beast of a machine, but I’ve got a bigger project coming up and need something a bit smaller. It’s been a workhorse for me, and it’s in excellent condition. I’ve got a fully documented maintenance history, so it’s been well-looked after. It’s got a 140 horsepower engine,and that ripper attachment is a game-changer. It’s perfect for breaking up hard-packed surfaces and compacted soil or asphalt.

The 14-foot blade is super extraordinary, and it’s got a power shift transmission, which is really smooth. The cab is air-conditioned, too, which is a big plus when you’re out there working. It’s been used mostly for road construction and grading, and it’s got heavy-duty tires, so it can handle anything you throw at it. It’s about 30,000 lbs, so it’s definitely a serious machine.

To be fair, I’ve found that this grader is just a bit too big for my current needs. It’s been used for grading and leveling, and it’s in great shape.
