I’m putting my 2015 Caterpillar 140H Grader up for sale. It’s been a good machine, but I’ve got other projects going on, and this one’s a bit too big for my needs now. It’s a really solid grader,and I’ve kept up with all the maintenance. It’s got a 14-foot blade, a Caterpillar diesel engine, and a hydrostatic transmission. It’s got only 140 hours on it, so it’s practically brand new. I’ve found that it’s perfect for grading jobs, big or small.

It’s been used for some local construction projects, but it’s been well-maintained. I’m really happy with its performance. it’s got a 14,000-pound operating weight, so it’s got some serious muscle behind it. It’s yellow, and there’s the possibility of adding some extra attachments too.
