I’m selling my 2005 Caterpillar grader. It’s a bit of a beast, but I’ve got to let it go. We’re moving to a smaller place, and this thing just takes up too much space. It’s been a good machine; I’ve used it for a few small jobs around the area, and it’s always been reliable. It’s got a 200 HP Caterpillar diesel engine,a 12-foot blade,and an automatic transmission. It’s got about 30,000 lbs and a 100-gallon fuel tank.

It’s got a GPS system and hydraulic controls, which are super helpful. It’s in excellent condition, Nigerian used, and has low operating hours. To be fair, it’s a really solid machine perfect for someone who needs a heavy-duty grader. It’s got a great operator’s cabin too, with air conditioning and everything.
