I’m⁢ putting my 2007 Caterpillar 12H ‌grader⁤ up ⁢for sale.It’s in excellent condition, Nigerian ‌used, ‌but practically‍ brand new.I’ve kept up with all‍ the maintenance, so it’s ready to go.It’s ‍got a Caterpillar C6.6 ‍engine, a 6-speed powershift transmission, and‍ a 12-foot ⁢blade. It weighs 17,500‍ lbs and has about 1,500 operating hours with ⁣the ⁣tires having 80% tread life left.There’s a six-month warranty remaining too.

This grader is super⁤ reliable and easy to use. It’s perfect for leveling surfaces and has‌ been a ⁣fantastic machine for me. ⁢It’s got ‌plenty of power for any grading job and features a‌ semi-U‌ blade that makes it really solid.
