It’s got about 22,000 to 24,000 operating ⁣hours, mostly on some pretty tough jobs. it’s got‌ a Caterpillar⁣ C6.6 engine, ⁤175 horsepower, and weighs in at 22,000 lbs. It’s got a ‌PAT (Power Angle Tilt) blade and a ripper attachment. The cab’s spacious and has AC, which is ⁣a real plus, especially when you’re out there in the heat.

It’s got a hydrostatic transmission and ⁢a semi-global track type. It’s been well-maintained and‍ is in excellent ⁢condition. I’ve‌ always kept‍ up with the regular maintenance, and ⁢it’s ready to go to ⁤work for the next owner. So, it’s a great machine for heavy-duty construction and earthmoving.
