I’m putting this 1998 Caterpillar 12G grader up for sale. It’s a heavy-duty machine,perfect for big grading jobs. I’ve used it for leveling and shaping ground, building roads, and stuff like that. It’s got a powerful engine, and that advanced hydraulic system makes it really precise. I’ve found it’s super reliable for the work I’ve done with it. It’s got low hours, and it’s in excellent condition. It’s a foreign-used machine, but it’s been well-maintained.

It’s got a 12-foot blade, automatic transmission, all-season tires, and a manufacturer’s warranty. It weighs 12,000 lbs, and the engine is a high-efficiency diesel. So it’s a solid machine,and I’m looking for someone who can really put it to good use. To be fair, I’m not a grader expert, but I’ve been really happy with how it works.
