I’m putting my old Mercedes-Benz 1117 truck up for sale. This truck is a 1998 model, and it’s a solid little workhorse. It’s got a 4.0L 4-cylinder diesel engine, which is surprisingly fuel-efficient for its size. I’ve found that it’s got plenty of power, especially at low RPMs, wiht about 170 HP. It’s got a 5-speed manual transmission, and the air brake system is great for handling the heavy loads.

It’s got a container body and has been well-maintained. No rust, which is a big plus. The engine sounds great too. It has a payload capacity of up to 4,500 kg and a towing capacity of 7,500 kg. It’s been reliable for us; I’ve always kept up with regular maintenance. It’s been great for hauling but I’m just looking for something smaller now.

To be fair, it’s a used truck so it’s not brand new; however, I think it’d be a great find for someone else. It has single or double cab options making it versatile along with ABS, EBD, and driver airbag features for safety. The wheelbase is 3,600 mm with six tires; it’s about 24 feet long and has a 10-ton capacity with fuel economy around 10 km/l-pretty decent for its size!
